Connie Maxwell is the Co‑Director of the Military Veterans’ Professional (MVP) Program for Scuba Educators International, where she leads national expansion, instructor development, and supports program providers across the country. A lifelong diver, Connie blends tradition, mentorship, and modern training practices to create welcoming pathways for new divers and instructors alike. She is known for her ability to build community, strengthen standards, and guide educators with clarity, empathy, and a deep respect for the environment.
Connie was recently appointed SEI’s Director of Marketing, where she helps shape the evolution of SEI’s public voice. Her work emphasizes SEI’s culture of mastery, belonging, and excellence.
